Terms of Use

General

  • These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement. They apply to every use of https://showme-event.com/ (the "Website"), including actions completed by telephone, and form an agreement between the user and Show Me, registration number 558615142, Hovevei Zion Street (the "Website Operator").
  • The Website and system are a technology platform for managing event photo galleries, uploading photos and videos, sending personal links to guests, creating personal galleries, matching images through image-processing and facial-recognition technology, and purchasing Show Me services.
  • Gendered language is used for convenience only and applies equally to every person and gender identity.
  • Please read these Terms carefully. Headings are provided for convenience only. The Terms also bind suppliers in their dealings with the Website Operator and do not create rights for any third party.
  • By browsing the Website or carrying out an action through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
  • Use is subject to these Terms. The Website Operator's liability is limited as described below. Users must not infringe the Operator's or any third party's intellectual-property or other rights.
  • Eligibility. The Website may be used by adults aged 18 or older who hold a valid accepted payment method. The event owner confirms authority to enter into the transaction and permission to upload the photos, videos, guest lists, and other information required for the service.
  • Service pages. Event owners may purchase gallery management, image uploads, personal galleries, guest-link delivery, and other services presented on the Website from time to time.
  • Changes. The Website Operator may amend these Terms at any time at its sole discretion.
  • Privacy. Use of the Website is also subject to its privacy policy. During registration or other actions, users may consent to service, system, and marketing messages from the Operator or its representatives.

Ordering services

  • Orders may be placed through the Website according to the selected package and subject to the Website Operator's approval.
  • An order is complete only after the system confirms receipt and the payment provider approves payment. The Operator may reject an order because of a technical problem, suspected unauthorized payment use, or another reasonable cause.

Service delivery

  • After the order and payment are completed, the Operator will open an event or workspace in the system according to the purchased package.
  • The event owner is responsible for uploading all required photos, videos, guest lists, and other information.
  • The Operator does not guarantee that a particular number of images will be matched or that every image containing a particular guest will be identified.
  • The service uses image processing, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Mismatches, errors, duplicates, and omissions may occur.

Event-owner responsibility for uploaded content

  • The event owner is solely responsible for every photo, video, guest list, or other item uploaded by or on behalf of the event owner.
  • The event owner confirms possession of all permissions, consents, and rights required to upload and use that information through the service.

Photo permissions

  • The Website Operator does not acquire ownership of photos uploaded to the system.
  • The event owner grants the Operator the limited license required to store, process, match, and display photos and provide the purchased services.

Guest use of the system

  • Guests who view images, upload a selfie, receive a personal link, or otherwise use the system are also bound by these Terms.
  • Guests must not use the system without authorization, bypass security, obtain access to another person's images, or disrupt the system.
  • The system may allow a guest to upload a selfie or dedicated photograph to locate images in which that guest appears. The selfie will be used only to perform image matching for the service, subject to the privacy policy. Not uploading a selfie may limit matching results.

Order cancellation

  • Users may cancel an order or transaction in accordance with Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
  • If service performance has begun—including opening an event, building a gallery, technical setup, or image processing—the legal rules governing cancellation of an ongoing service apply.
  • For a cancellation not caused by a defect or nonconformity, the Operator may charge 5% of the purchased service price or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
  • A cancellation request must be submitted in writing to showme.event2026@gmail.com or through the cancellation link on the Website.
  • Where a refund is due, it will be made within 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice through the original payment method.

Violations and remedies

  • Website and system records constitute institutional records under applicable evidence law. The Operator may enforce these Terms whenever it reasonably suspects a violation.
  • The Operator follows a notice-and-takedown process for unlawful, offensive, or rights-infringing content and will remove violating content within a reasonable time after receiving sufficient notice.
  • A person who believes that content infringes privacy, rights, or law may submit a reasoned removal request. The Operator will review the request in accordance with law.
  • Website photos, videos, specifications, and trademarks may not be copied or published without prior written permission from the Operator or relevant rights holder. Each party remains responsible for its own acts, omissions, and published content.
  • At its sole discretion and where permitted by law, the Operator may provide an allegedly harmed party with details of the party allegedly responsible for infringing content.

User conduct

  • Users and suppliers must provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false details may constitute a criminal offense.
  • Content and automated processing results are not opinions, recommendations, endorsements, or advice from the Operator and must not be relied upon as such.
  • Content and automated matching results are presented AS IS without verification of accuracy. The Operator is not responsible for direct or indirect harm caused by content, image matching, facial recognition, personal galleries, or another automated service, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
  • The Operator may use any lawful remedy against a user who violates law or these Terms, including immediately removing a user, event, account, or content and providing details to a competent authority where appropriate.
  • The Operator may cancel an order or block a user for unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms, misleading information, harm to the Website or another party, or an obvious exceptional clerical error in a service description or price.
  • Cancellation may be communicated by telephone or through the email address recorded in the customer's account.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

  • The Website and services are provided AS IS without implied representation or warranty, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • Image-matching systems do not guarantee that every image containing a guest will be found, classified, or shown, and the Operator is not responsible for classification errors, omissions, or partial matches.
  • Photos and galleries are stored only for the period included in the selected package and stated on the Website or in the privacy policy. The Operator may delete information after that period.
  • Event owners and guests are responsible for downloading content they wish to keep before the storage period ends. Deleted information may be impossible to restore.
  • The Operator is not responsible for information or content uploaded by an event owner, photographer, guest, or other third party.
  • The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for hardware, software, communication, planned-maintenance, or third-party failures, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
  • The Operator is not liable for unlawful actions by Website users.
  • Cancellation according to law is the user's sole remedy for a fundamental breach of the service agreement.
  • An obvious exceptional clerical error in a service description, price, or package does not bind the Operator. Images, simulations, and examples are illustrative and the delivered service may differ.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct, tangible damage up to the amount actually paid for the relevant service. The Operator is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages.

Indemnification

  • The user and event owner will indemnify the Operator for loss, expense, claim, fine, legal cost, or liability arising from breach of these Terms or law, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorized uploads or system use, or claims involving privacy, copyright, image rights, defamation, guest data, or image matching.

Applicable law

  • These Terms and every related action or dispute are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be heard by the competent courts in the Tel Aviv or Central districts.
