Cancellation Policy

General

• Orders and transactions may be cancelled in accordance with Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the law applicable to services provided through this website.

How to submit a cancellation notice

• A cancellation request must be submitted in writing by email to showme.event2026@gmail.com or through the "Cancel Transaction" link displayed at the bottom of the website.

Cancellation timing and consequences

• Each cancellation will be reviewed and processed in accordance with applicable law. If performance of the service has already begun—including opening an event in the system, creating a gallery, carrying out technical setup, processing images, or any other action requested by the customer—the legal provisions governing cancellation of an ongoing service will apply.

Cancellation fees

• Where cancellation is not due to a defect, nonconformity, or another circumstance that entitles the customer to cancel without a fee, the website operator may charge a cancellation fee equal to 5% of the purchased service price or NIS 100, whichever is lower.

Refunds

• Where the customer is entitled to a refund, payment will be returned within 14 days after the cancellation notice is received, through the original payment method and subject to applicable law.

Additional provisions

• If this policy conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory law will prevail.
